Who is Ester Web?
Ester Web is a rope/Shibari artist based in NYC. She graduated from MIT in 2019 with a degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences.
For more than four years, she has studied the Japanese art of rope binding, sharing her practice through performances, workshops, and private sessions in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and London.
She understands rope art as a meditative and aesthetic practice that embraces humanity and finds beauty in safe surrender.
